WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE ATHLETE SYSTEM?
The Athlete System includes nutritionally designed meals, snacks and wellness essentials from LIV; breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks to perform at your best and support your transformation.
CAN I CANCEL OR SKIP A WEEK?
By opting in to The Athlete System, you are opting in for one, four, or eight consecutive weeks of LIV nutrition and wellness essentials. You cannot skip a week during the program.
HOW MANY DELIVERIES WILL I RECEIVE?
If you join us for a System, you will receive a meal delivery on Wednesday per week that you are on the program.
CAN I CHOOSE MY MEALS?
The Athlete System includes a specially curated menu of our high protein balanced signature meals, in addition to expertly chosen LIV wellness smoothies, which together enhance sports performance and muscle gain. Each day is nutritionally designed for your optimal health, so while you cannot choose your own menu, we guarantee that your body will benefit from every dish and product.
WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?
LIV meal programs will be delivered during the time window specified at checkout. Depending on your location, you do not need to be home for delivery – please specify delivery instructions when purchasing each program.
We use third party shipping carriers for our meal deliveries, including FedEx, UPS, and hand-delivery partners who will notify you of your delivery status. Deliveries that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional charges for redelivery. When deliveries are delayed due to weather, we will do our best to alert you in advance, but some circumstances are beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee delivery windows. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to weather or incorrect/incomplete addresses.
WILL MY FOOD STAY FRESH IN TRANSIT?
Our delivery boxes are insulated and include ice packs to keep your food at safe temperatures throughout delivery. The ice packs may no longer be frozen upon delivery—this is ok! That means the ice packs are doing their job, and your food should still be cold. To ensure optimal freshness, we recommend storing meals in a refrigerator as soon after delivery as possible.
WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY?
If you are not home when a delivery is made, our shipping carriers or delivery partners may leave your order at your doorstep or with your doorman, depending on your area. You may be able to provide additional delivery instructions (e.g., leaving the delivery at the back door). Please note that while our carriers will do their best to honor these special delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee that they’ll be accommodated and aren’t liable for any lost, stolen or damaged deliveries that result from these requests. It is your responsibility to be home during the delivery window if there isn’t someone available to accept it on your behalf.
WILL I EXPERIENCE ANY SIDE EFFECTS FROM THE PROGRAM?
The Athlete System is designed to achieve optimal body composition and performance with the power of food. As you begin your program, you are changing your gut environment, microbiome composition, metabolic rate, hormone signaling, and more. As these functions shift, side effects—including sugar cravings, bloat, or fluctuations in weight—are very normal. It’s important to tune into your body during your program, have patience and respect for this transition, and nourish accordingly to reduce side effects in the long term. Make sure to prioritize hydration, getting proper sleep, taking the right supplements, switching up your workout routine, and looking after your mental health.
HOW CAN I CONTINUE MY TRANSFORMATION AFTER I’VE FINISHED THE PROGRAM?
This System is designed to lay a strong foundation for your body—now, and in the future. Consistency is the key to lasting results, and no matter where you are in your journey we are here to support and guide your transformation.
