What are the benefits of LIV Meals?
The LIV organic meal delivery program is based on a whole-food, plant-rich diet that includes fresh, nutrient dense and delicious ingredients. We provide fresh, ready-prepared meals that support your health goals and even the busiest of lifestyles. We shop, prep, cook, and deliver to your door for you so you can experience the benefits of clean eating and feel your best!
How long do the meals last?
We deliver the meals in insulated boxes filled with frozen gel packs designed to keep your food at refrigerated temperatures through transit. Once you receive your meals, you should place them in the fridge ASAP. Once in the fridge, they are good for the next 7 days.
Is there any cooking involved?
Absolutely not! Simply heat and eat.
When and where do you deliver?
We deliver on Tuesday or Wednesday depending on your plan and preferences. Our cutoff for any new or modified orders is Wednesday at 11:59 pm ET, one week prior to delivery. Meaning, this Wednesday's cutoff is for the food that arrives next week.
After your first order, Subscribers will start start receiving a box of food every week. You can skip an upcoming week with no penalty by logging into your LIV account and clicking on "Skip this order”. Any changes to your subscription must be made before midnight EST on Wednesday of the week prior. After that point, the card on file will be charged on Thursday morning. Additionally, no changes can be made to your first week of your subscription program. To make changes, please contact our Wellness team: info@livmeals.com prior to Wednesday at midnight EST the week prior. Deliveries can be skipped and customized to fit your schedule, weekly or bi-weekly. You will always have until our Wednesday cutoff to modify the order, including the plan details, frequency, and billing and shipping information.
Do I have to be home to accept delivery?
You absolutely do not have to be home when your meals arrive — FedEx will delivery to your front door or leave your package where you request in the Delivery notes.
How do I apply a promo or coupon code during checkout?
When you get started with signup, you can add a promo code or coupon in the section that asks 'Do you have a discount code?'. You can input the code or coupon at checkout.
